I’m passionate about helping women heal their relationship with food, break free from emotional eating, and create lasting change in their health and well-being.
With over a decade of experience as a counselor and nutritionist, I’ve guided countless women to transform their lives from the inside out.

Life is busy! Between my family and career—both of which I adore—I’ve noticed a recurring theme in my years of working with women: most of us struggle to make time for ourselves. We pour everything into being workers, wives, mums, and carers, often losing sight of our own needs (which can lead to crash & burn at the end of the day & reach for vice of choice!)
