A counsellor with over a decade specialising in body image and emotional eating. My mission is to nurture, transform & empower the lives of women who are feeling stuck. This soulfully crafted mini retreat offers a safe, supportive space to come home to ourselves. Through mindfulness, creativity, and connection, we’ll begin to reclaim a kinder, more peaceful relationship with ourselves — and step into winter with warmth, clarity, and intention.
